Oksana Solovieva
President AIA
Artistic Director - BIYAC and Festival Calafat
Russian-born violinist Oksana Solovieva is a permanent member of the Liceu Opera House in Barcelona and has performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Africa. She has played with prestigious orchestras including the London Philharmonic, Luxembourg Philharmonic, and the Mariinsky Theatre. Holding a PhD from the University of Rovira i Virgili, she is also an active pedagogue, speaker, and jury member at international competitions. Oksana plays a J. Ceruti violin (c.1800) and a Benoit Rolland bow.

PhD in Comparative Literature, she serves as a university and secondary school professor, excelling in her interdisciplinary approach to literature, music, and visual arts. As a cultural manager based in Madrid and Barcelona, she leads innovative initiatives that bring classical music and opera to new audiences, fostering curiosity and exchange between artists and communities. She designs and implements projects that increase cultural participation, connecting diverse audiences with the arts. Additionally, she promotes the visibility of emerging writers and artists through specialized platforms and events. She encourages collaboration through cultural networks, strengthening the artistic ecosystem in both cities. Her work is distinguished by its commitment to inclusion, creativity, and support for emerging talent.

Sergey Maiboroda

Camerata Festival Orchestra leader
Regarded as one of the most virtuoso and charismatic young violinists of his generation, Sergey has won international competitions including Kiev’s Arte del Siglo XXI, Moldova’s Eugene Coca, and the Llangollen International Prize. In 2014, he earned Second Prize at Fórum Musicae in Pozuelo de Alarcón and Violines por la Paz in Málaga, the Jesús de Monasterio Award for best Spanish composer interpretation.
He studied at Madrid’s Reina Sofía School of Music under Marco Rizzi and Sergey Teslya, receiving the Outstanding Student Diploma from Her Majesty the Queen in 2014. Sergey performs in top venues across the world. He has served as the youngest resident soloist with the Odessa Philharmonic, Concertino at Bilbao’s Teatro Arriaga, and with the Lisbon Metropolitan Orchestra, and currently plays with the Gran Teatre del Liceu Orchestra in Barcelona.

Liana Gourdjia

Liana Gourdjia is an internationally acclaimed violinist and professor trained at the Central Music School of the Moscow State Conservatory, the Cleveland Institute of Music, and Indiana University. She has performed as a soloist with major orchestras and at prestigious festivals, such as Marlboro Music, International Colmar Festival and Lucerne Festival, is a winner of Tibor Varga Sion-Valais Competition and has won numerous international competition 3 prizes. Liana teaches at Musikene – Centro Superior de Música del País Vasco and École Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot, sharing her extensive artistic and pedagogical experience. Liana is an active chamber musician and has been performing chamber music with Martha Argerich and Mischa Maisky at the prestigious festival Elba Isola Musicale, where Liana is a concertmaster in Residence.
