Oksana Solovieva
President AIA
Artistic Director - BIYAC and Festival Calafat
Russian-born violinist Oksana Solovieva is a permanent member of the Liceu Opera House in Barcelona and has performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Africa. She has played with prestigious orchestras including the London Philharmonic, Luxembourg Philharmonic, and the Mariinsky Theatre. Holding a PhD from the University of Rovira i Virgili, she is also an active pedagogue, speaker, and jury member at international competitions. Oksana plays a J. Ceruti violin (c.1800) and a Benoit Rolland bow.

PhD in Comparative Literature, she serves as a university and secondary school professor, excelling in her interdisciplinary approach to literature, music, and visual arts. As a cultural manager based in Madrid and Barcelona, she leads innovative initiatives that bring classical music and opera to new audiences, fostering curiosity and exchange between artists and communities. She designs and implements projects that increase cultural participation, connecting diverse audiences with the arts. Additionally, she promotes the visibility of emerging writers and artists through specialized platforms and events. She encourages collaboration through cultural networks, strengthening the artistic ecosystem in both cities. Her work is distinguished by its commitment to inclusion, creativity, and support for emerging talent.

Violin teacher and Deputy Head of Studies at the “Antonio Viñuales Gracia” Conservatory in Huesca. Specialized in instrumental pedagogy, blending innovative methods with neuropsychology. Holds a Degree in Teaching and a Master’s in Neuropsychology and Education. Trained with renowned teachers like Mimi Zweig, Sergio Castro, Lynne Denig, and Claudio Forcada. Passionate about musical learning processes, she enhances violin teaching. Experienced in educational management and academic coordination. Promotes classical music as a tool for personal development. Seeks to innovate in instrumental didactics using neuropsychological approaches.

Career bridges academia, artistic creation, and cultural management, with a transdisciplinary approach and a strong commitment to social development through the arts.

María del Carmen Uriel Gonzalo

María del Carmen Uriel Gonzalo holds a higher degree in violin and currently teaches at the Zaragoza Professional Conservatory. She has a degree in Arts and Humanities (Art History), a Master's in Neuropsychology and Education (UNIR), and a Master's in TIC and eLearning Education (UOC). She has studied with renowned teachers such as Enrique Palomares, Lina Tur, Raquel Castro, and Katalin Bucataru. She has extensive teaching experience and a strong drive to innovate in the classroom. Her constant curiosity leads her to explore and integrate new educational tools and methods. She is passionate about music and lifelong learning. She actively participates in cultural and educational initiatives.She is deeply i nterested in developing creative and collaborative music projects.
